Up Garden Plants Prev Next Slideshow

Erect Sword Ferns | Erect Sword Ferns (Nephrolepis cordifolia) growing along the house wall in the right side garden. This picture was taken about 5 months after all of these ferns were nearly killed back to nothing when the house was tented for termites before we moved in. These produce interesting scaly tubers on the roots, some of which we found when we dug up some of the truly dead specimens.
